India finalo odipovalani korukuntunnnaru - just to escape Guests

Here is a weird situation.

We invited some guests on Diwali weekend and didn't turn up even after so many discussions. However, there were other guests this weekend, and we enjoyed a lot but it was very very exhausting. I am done with hosting for atleast a month now and do not have energy to host anyone.

Now these guests who didn't come this week said they will be coming over for World Cup Final Match this weekend and will stay for 2 days.

I am too tired to host and not in position to say no, coz we were the one inviting them last week.

The only situation when they cancel the plan is if India loses in Semi-Final. I am not a Cricket Fan but wishing this also doesn't feel right.

Not sure how to handle this.

Don’t worry. Just for the sake of your convenience india will lose . Sleep well

Lol, ne picha kayala situation ki India loose avala , just say to your friends you got a invite from your work manager and colleagues to watch final you can’t skip it 

Or my go to line always is my wife has other plans
