Not interested ani chepthe saripoddi kadaa.. they mostly leave if you say couple of times.. 

few times some ppl knocked on my door and tried to talk about Jesus Christ and Christianity.. they even offered to help me with my lawn, any household work etc.. Jehovah’s Witness and Mormons lo teenagers and young adults ki idi part of their religious study to spread the word about Jesus..

If you are not religious fanatic ( like Christianity is looked down in India) you can listen to them and maybe understand what they are saying (general knowledge ga paduntundi) and also can learn how to mingle with locals. Luck unte you can end up finding a very good looking white girl as a GF. You never know what life can lead you.

They target ppl with very young kids. They know you dont convert, so they try to get your kids into church. Did you have kids besides you while working?

Sure, why not. If you or your friend have time and energy to do door to door preaching, you can do it, why not. This country is not a Arab world kadu kada, kosi karam petadaniki. At most they shut at door 🚪 on you anthe.
