that is robin hood method...

i dont think its correct approach...

maintain every state +/- 10 of national average...TG way below the national average.. Bihar and Assam are way above the national average...

you have no idea what you are saying.

this sort of clueless discussions leads to nothing but hatred for each other.

I'm surprised that people who love India indulge in this nonsense. I hate India, and even I don't bring this up.

Its better to have some humility and not touch subjects one is not conversant in. +/-10 of national avg my a$$.

Wow even with so much less help from center KCR and KTR have put Telangana into fasttrack of development . If Chemba or YSR were getting similar return they would not be able to do anything.

Same analogy applies here also kada anna. You are paying on average 2k -3k per month on federal tax, how much of it you are getting in return? Not even 500$ right?

atleast present the context asshole, from the link you yourself posted. The criteria for money disbursal.

main-qimg-351eee1f4844858b4bd8e0c3500027This seems like a fair criteria to divide the money.. your idea of +/- 10 of avg is just so childish. do you also think reservation is wrong? you hold so many inconsistent beliefs. such a dumbfcuk.

states should fight for autonomy, not fight over money disbursal.

autonomy over major parts of its administration, including educaiton, health etc. and ability to tax income too.

Bodi is the worst thing that could happen to India bro. Like a hard that doesn't flush easily. KCR and KTR are the phenol that are trying to wash that stain. We were able to wash the old stains Chemba and 420 Jagan but bodi and show will take time

Yes Per Capita increased for people of Telangana under KCR and KTR . Chemba and YSR(10 times more than Chemba) were more interested in increasing their own coffers.

As per my understanding one of major revenue source for union government is corporate tax and revenue gets attributed to the place where HQ is.

That's why MH used to have highest contribution.

This does not give full picture. I think this talks only about direct budgetory support that delhi provides to state.

But delhi has a lot of "national" level budgets which dont go directly to state governments but to universtiries, road contractors, railways etc - here they direct it to go where their fav state is.

For example railway budget does not come here and does not go to state govt but railway minister can direct it to be spent within gujrat.
