Best I visited, Seattle, Northern VA

Worst NYC area (totally filled) but if you get a good community which is near to impossible it's like finding gold in gold mine. Any  place with harsh cold or harsh heat climate sucks

East Oakland , Watts and Compton(LA County) . Not sure about Chicago and New York but there are similar cities with high crime rate.
