Congi is not as bad as we think. I think congi(excluding ys)was best compared to any of the regional parties in telugu states.

A city with existing infra and reach to the world is a monumental asset. TG got that extra push with Hyderabad.

Now that I think through more about it, I feel sorrry for AP people. The same CBN who claims that he developed Hyderabad couldn’t “develop” another Hyderabad for them. Same with Jaggad… or anyone who come to power next. Can’t do much for this obvious reason.

They should have been firm about center grants, polavaram, special category status… as a condition for bifurcation, which could have bailed them out a bit. But, AP politicians betrayed them miserably.

hmmm..hyderbad is the nerve center I know that, I'm in the city since the last 2 weeks and observing the elections closely. The congress leaning crowd seems to be the older population and rural population who were the traditional vote bank and also some reddy community folks who want to see a leader from their community as the ruler. Then the other side I see a lot of young population who do not know much about the older gen congress typically GenX and GenZ seem to be leaning towards TRS. Also the real estate folks are strongly in favor of TRS.

there should be a driver from the govt as well. but the extent of credit they seek for their minimal work, which is part of their job, is substantial
