Lot of factors…most people have vote else where and in the city…Hyd population 1 cr aithe anduko eligible voters oka 60-65 lakhs and andulo registered voters 50 lakhs kastam mida vunte andulo vote veyanika vachedi maha aithe oka 30-40 lakhs…it has always been like that. Amatram kuda vesedi natives and locals.
