Bro’s, i have bn to india recently, saw a street dog got badly hurt looks like he broke his leg .. idhi nenu vochhe mubdhu jarigindi , unfortunatly couldnt research on available animal welfare contacts near by.

btw, adhi street dog ani analenu, tat dogs alwayz stays at kirana shop (near by my homeplace) .. friendly dog , pilusthe happy gaa vastadhi, biscuits vestaru shop ki vochhe vallu, looks like avado kottadu or might got in an accident, no scratches or blood on leg but fracture anipistundhi, chudaleka poyanu danni ala …

GHMC pet care doesn't do anything outside giving shots or minor dressing. You need to call 1962 at 7am exactly. Annalu 11am taravata pani cheyarannamaata. Poyi tonguntaaru. Dr. Jagan's pet clinic in Rajendra nagar is also good. Aa doctor gaadu govt hospital doctor. Akkada eppudu vundaru, PG students ki vadilesi. Poyi private clinics lo koorchuntaru. Ask him this is a stray dog and can negotiate. Maybe ~17K lo avvakottochu. But he doesn't have outpatient ward. So, someone needs to look after the dog. You cannot let dogs lose after surgery because they tend to jump or rip the bandage apart. Bandage needs to be changed daily for 7 days. 

 

I think it is already too late for the dog as per what you shared. If you do not care about money and want the best treatment, Adorables pet clinic, The animal care clinic, or Pet n Vet hospital. Private pets and celebrity pets come here and the hospitals are like human hospitals.

 

By the way, try to not declare the dog as a stray if you are not negotiating for price. Stray dogs ni most of them teesukoru.
